Vanture uses Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") as our Merchant of Record for all subscription and payment processing. This Refund Policy applies to all plans, credits, and services purchased through the Vanture platform.
1. Refund Eligibility
Subscription Plans
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase, provided you have not substantially used the platform during that period. After the 14-day window, no refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
Add-On Services
Add-on services such as audits, inspections, and research are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Credits
Credit purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used. Unused credits may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with the following details:
- Your account email address
- Subscription or order ID
- Reason for the refund request
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
3. Refund Processing
Since Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record, all approved refunds are processed through Paddle.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider and financial institution.
- You will receive a confirmation email from Paddle once the refund has been initiated.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- You will retain access to paid features until the end of your billing cycle.
- No refund is issued for unused time in the current period after the 14-day refund window.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service means you accept the revised policy.
